Minister of Industry and Trade of Republic of Malawi visits CGGC International

On October 12, Mr. Lv Zexiang, Deputy General Manager of CGGC International, met Mr. Hon. Joseph Mwanamveka, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Malawi, in the Headquarters of CGGC International in Beijing.

Mr. Lv Zexiang briefly introduced the market layout and development of the CGGC international business, expressed gratitude to Minister Joseph for his strong supports and assistance to CGGC development in Malawi, and also introduced the recent business of CGGC in Malawi to the Minister in detail. Mr. Lv Zexiang said that CGGC would take the construction of Kammwamba Coal-fired Power Plant as an opportunity to implement the development concept of "integrity, fairness and win-win", and benefit the people of Malawi as a good example of Chinese enterprises in Malawi.

Minister Joseph fully affirmed the extensive work of CGGC on the effective promotion of Kammwamba Coal-fired Power Plant, further negotiated with CGGC on the investments in Malawi, and expressed his expectation on the early commencement of the Project and the benefit to the people of Malawi.

The Ambassador of Malawi to China also participated in the meeting.
