CGGC attends China-Ghana Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum

On November 20, 2015, CGGC (Ghana) Co., Ltd. was invited to attend China-Ghana Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum, which was the activity to celebrate the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Ghana in Ghana's second largest city Kumasi. Sun Baohong, Ambassador of China in Ghana, and Kojo Bonsu, the mayor of Kumasi, attended the activity and made a speech.

It was reported that China-Ghana Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum was sponsored by the Embassy of China in Ghana and co-hosted by Chinese Enterprise Chamber of Commerce in Ghana. It aimed to set up an exchange interaction platform and create more business opportunities for enterprises of China and Ghana. As one of the outstanding representatives of the Chinese enterprises in Ghana, CGGC set display case at the forum site and made the forum keynote speech. It fully showed the strong strength, proud achievements and favorable corporate image of CGGC to guests of all circles attending the forum.

The ambassador Sun Baohong and the mayor of Kumasi highly appraised the plenty of highly effective work made by CGGC to boost the implementation of Ghana Kpong Water Supply Expansion Project in forum speech, and highly appreciated the contribution made by CGGC to Ghana social and economic development. They hoped that with joint effort of all the guests, China's investment in Ghana would strive for further improvement and China-Ghana capacity cooperation would obtain much more achievements.

Over 200 delegates of Embassy of China in Ghana, Ghana Trade and Industrial Department, Ghana Ashanti Region Government, Ghana Kumasi Government, Ghana National Chamber of Commerce, Ghana Industry Association, China-Ghana Friendship Association, Chinese Enterprise Chamber of Commerce in Ghana, Ghana Chinese Chamber Commerce, Federation of Fujian Overseas Chinese in Ghana, China-Canada Trade Association, China Mining Industry Association in Ghana took part in relative activities of the forum.
