Annual Results Announcement For 2017 of Energy China

For the year ended 31 December 2017, the revenue of Energy China was RMB234,370.1 million, representing an increase of 5.49% as compared with last year. Net profit attributable to equity shareholders of the Company was RMB5,261.1 million, representing an increase of 22.89% as compared with last year. Basic earnings per share was RMB0.18 per share, representing an increase of RMB0.04 per share as compared with last year. The Board recommends the payment of a final Pidend of RMB0.0306 per share (tax inclusive) for the year ended 31 December 2017, with a total amount of Pidends of approximately RMB919.61 million (the Company paid a final Pidend of RMB0.0296 per share (tax inclusive) for the year 2016).
