Owner and Representative of the Project Department Press the Button for Grid Connection
Since the pipe blowing for boiler was smoothly completed on December 17, 2017, all the personnel of the Project Department have stuck to their posts even in the Spring Festival for resource allocation, meticulous organization and strict management, successfully completed a variety of maintenance and electronic commissioning, timely solved problems encountered in grid connection and effectively guaranteed the commissioning quality, ensuring the successful grid connection.
Panorama of the Project
Located in Bengkayang in northwestern Kalimantan, Indonesia, PARIT BARU CFPP has 2 x 50,000kW coal-fired generating units, and is an important part of Indonesia’s state grid and CGGC’s master piece in practicing the “Belt and Road” Initiative. It is the first coal-fired EPC project of CGGC in Indonesia during the construction of which all the personnel of CGGC tackled all kinds of difficulties, organized and coordinated resources of all parties, and managed in a scientific manner, laying a solid foundation for the successful grid connection. As the product of pragmatic cooperation between China and Indonesia, the Project will significantly relief the power shortage in Kalimantan, create a great number of jobs, benefit the Indonesia people, and promote Indonesia’s social and economic development.
