The Completion of 500kV XLPE Subsea Cable Installation Project

On June 2nd, the 500kV XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) Subsea Cable Installation Project surveyed and designed by Energy China was successfully completed.

The 500kV XLPE Subsea Cable laid in Zhoushan 500kv Networking Project, which is independently developed and produced by China, is the highest-voltage cable of its kind in the world. Its power transmission capacity is three to four times that of ordinary connected projects, and it is green environmental protection.
